I agree with Kim in that this place is \"clicky\". It\'s nice to have regulars but non-regulars shouldn\'t be treated differently.

Just the nicest people you will ever meet. Food is delicious and worth the money. George and Therese will make you feel at home. I love to go there when I visit my Mom and her friends. They are regulars. The ingredients and care that go into the food are excellent. If you like a business that is truly family run with great food, you'll love it here.

WELL, FIRST OF ALL KIM'S REVIEW FROM AUG. 14, 2009 SHOULD BE IGNORED, SHE JUST SEEMS TO BE A VERY UNPLEASANT PERSON WHO IS PROBABLY NEVER SATISFIED WITH ANYTHING. SECONDLY THE FOOD FROM BREAKFAST TO LUNCH TO DINNER IS VERY GOOD. THERE ARE ALWAYS SPECIALS THAT ARE GREAT TO PICK FROM AND THE HOMEMADE SOUPS ARE EXCELLANT. GEORGE AND HIS WIFE WHO ARE THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND ALWAYS FRIENDLY. THE ONLY THING THAT IS DISAPPOINTING IS THE CARPET ON THE MAIN FLOOR IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, NOT VERY APPEALING TO LOOK AT. THE PRICES FOR WHAT YOU GET ARE CREATE FOR THE AILING ECONOMY WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING. I SUGGEST GIVING THIS PLACE A TRY I'M SURE YOU WILL BE PLEASED AND WILL RETURN. THE RIBS ARE SOME OF THE BEST I'VE HAD.

It is one of my favs. I am there a couple of times a week. Good food, good service by good family people. Prices are good. Get there early on Sunday, as it gets busy. The weeknight specials are to die for. Great seafood and italian food just like Mama used to make. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying that 1 year ago we stopped at your restaurant. We were not impressed with both food and service but especially the service. We found it to be "clicky" were not waited on in a timely manner because the wait staff was to busy smoozin the in crowd.!
We thought we'd give you another chance because we're nice like that and we were starving. Well....we were not surprisingly disappointed. We were greeted by a little blonde who couldn't find a nice way of asking if we needed to be seated she just said can I help you as though we were walking into a retail store.
The service again was less than desirable. We waited almost 15 minutes for a waitress to come over and her personality sucked! The food this time was slightly improved however; you ran out of spinach for my spinach salad and put cheese on a NO cheese order! What and how the hell does this happen? We were rushed out being it was nearing closing time so we choked down the rest of our salads and paid the bill. Upon the departure once again the personality sucked. No smile, no welcoming return, never asked how the meal was; nothing but an empty thank you.
To sum up our experience we find your establishment to be unwelcoming, unless a friend of the working staff or owners. The food is decent but canceled out by the bad taste left in your mouth from the wait staff and cold, dull environment.
LOTS of improvement to be had here.
No third chance for this place.

We had our first visit for breakfast this morning. I enjoyed one of the "Specials of the Day." I ordered the Stuffed French Toast, and it was AWESOME! Honestly, the BEST I've ever had. Definitely a "must have," if you are lucky enough to visit when it's offered. The filling was perfect, and served w/ strawberries and REAL whipped cream topping!
The environment was cozy and friendly, and our waitress offered excellent service. We noticed a nice little patio out back, on our way out. We will definitely be back to try lunch and dinner! Not all in one sitting, of course. :)
Thank you for the great breakfast experience. I will spread the word to all my friends!
