This is my absolute favorite restaurant! The food is unbelievable! If you have never been,you should definitely try it because you will not be disappointed. Also the food is delivered quickly & the menu is huge so you can please everyone in the family, even the picky eaters. My favorite is the Chicken Francise with Rice. The salads are also wonderful. Excellent food at a low price. You will be full & happy when you leave Blue Sky!

i love this place!! i go there all the time and they have the best food. Great staff. The owner is always there and he is so kind to everyone! They have a huge menu and I always bring my friends there.. I love the greek dishes they are outstanding! Thanks Blue Sky!

The first time I went there right after it opened, I was a bit disappointed-the food was ok but not great and the prices were a bit high.
However, several weeks ago my wife and I decided to give it another try.
All I can say is wow-the food is excellent , the portions are huge and there are great specials very reasonably priced every day of the week which include soup or salad and dessert.
My wife and I go out to eat a lot, and I have always had a place in my heart for GOOD diners.
Unfortunately up until now, most of the good ones I have eaten at are not located nearby and for the most part, the only chance I get to eat in one of them is when I am on vacation.
It is so nice to have a high quality diner/restaurant, which for me is just minutes away.
The service is great and again every meal my wife and I have had there has been great(we have gone there a total of five times during the last few weeks including lunch and dinner).
Give it a try folks;a high quality restaurant of this type doesn't come around often.

This restaurant should not be past by. The food is incredible and great portions you will not leave there hungry that's for sure. Plus the wait staff is very friendly and helpful. The Chicken Aruba was to die for and the Seafood Fra Diavolo was amazing, it was nice and spicy and huge I think I took more than half home. The food comes out piping hot.
Keep up the good work Blue Sky Diner!!!

Being from NJ when I saw a diner was opening down the street I was excited and, well, skeptical. I've been to Blue Sky now several times since it's opened with my husband and we are never disappointed (well, until the one night we showed p right before closing, but in NJ they're open till at least midnight). The food has been excellent and we have a regular waitress we look for when we go who's very nice and attentive. So thankful to have you in the area!

Myself and my family went to your restaurant this morning 11/28/08 at about 9 AM. There was no one in line ahead of us and the restaurant was not busy. The waitress said she would be right back to seat us and then asked a young gentalman to seat us. He didn\'t and we did not get seated for 15 minutes. There was a table next to us that had about 6 people and we had five. Well they must have been there for awhile because like I said no one was in line in front of us. The waitress then went to the next table to take their order. At this point we had been seated for about 10 minutes. No offers to get us coffee or drinks for the grandchildren. After another 10 minutes with no coffee and no service we got up and walked out. I have never in my life gotten up and walked out of a restaurant. I cannot rate your restaurant because there is no number low enough. to rate you. I am from Cape Cod and was here for the Holiday and we always go out to breakfast when I\'m here. I really do wish you well. You really should train your wait staff. I can over look not getting the best of meals but I cannot overlook wait staff that treat your customers like their not even there. since I had to rate it I hope number 1 is the lowest because I would have voted 0

I went last night and was pretty disappointed with the Blue Sky Diner. The prices are on the high side and the food was just mediocre. The waitress was terrible and messed up most of the food. I don't plan to return anytime soon!

I have had 3 meals there since they opened - never disappointed in the food quality and quanitity and always great service. I even entertained a client there very recently and we all had a great experience. I have had leftovers even from breakfast wraps! My favorite thing there is the breakfast all day option because I'm a breakfast junkie. The whole huge menu is loaded with great deals on great meals. I would highly recommend the Blue Sky Diner to anyone interested in a good, filling & reasonably priced dining experience!

My husband and I were surprised when we went to the Blue Sky Diner the first time and opened up the menu and saw that it was the same menu of one of our favorite restaurant, which is The Easthampton Diner. We had no idea that they both were owned by the same people. Now we don't have to travel to Easthampton. The food is great and very large portions. Enough to take home and make one or two more meals out to the leftovers.
We went tonight for the early bird and were pleasantly surprised on how big the portion was for early bird. Again we took leftover's home.
We are so happy to have Blue Sky Diner here in Chicopee. We will visit often !!
