We order from Pacifica all the time. We've always gotten what we ordered, and they have always treated us nicely. We've only eaten there a few times, and it's just a little small, so it must be tough to service in such a small place. I think it's some of the most reasonably priced, consistently good sushi that I've had in the area.

It's pretty tough when you piss off web-enabled, spoiled rich high school kids, isn't it.
The food here is exceptional for a Chinese Restaraunt, even if the staff does have a short fuse when faced with a table of unruly kids.

Food is ok, good for prep school delivery, not much else. Very quick delivery, and the delivery guy is great, but the lady who works there is the biggest piece of crap in the world. She yells and yells at you because you until you understand what shes saying and sometimes they leave something out of the order. Don't eat there unless you're doing take out or delivery because they are very rude to you when you eat there.

Wow, the service is terrible, not going to lie. I once went in there with a group of my friends, my friend Will ordered a cup of tea, it never got there, after many many requests, all he got were refills for water. If you order, the lady screams at you as if you did something wrong, even though you gave her business. The food isn't that good, after a while it all starts to taste the same. All people ever order from there anymore is fried rice, because honestly, how can you screw up rice? Most of the time, the food they deliver aren't even the right things, not to mention in the right quantity. The delivery man is a very nice guy, one of the few good things about the restaurant.
