Awful. There is no other way to describe it. parking lot is empty, cause the restaurant is empty. The food didn\'t look very appetizing some of the
bins looked a few hours old, the pizza was completely hard. Personally I hate vegetables, and the best tasting thing at the entire bar, and I tried most everything, was the broccoli. I will never be back and as much as I hate to say this but neither should you.
p.s. I had to give it one star to get the review posted, it should be a zero.

I have been going to New China since 1999 and it is my favorite chinese restaraunt I have tried every restaurant in town and this is my favorite chinese delivery food.

Worst experience ever, they advertise that they can accommodate parties up to 30 people - apparently not. We felt very unwelcome and the owner was rude. Owner stated he could not given us any more room because of his Friday night regulars - the place was not even full and by 7:30 was practically deserted. Well he lost 28 potential new customers. Pizza sat on counter in kitchen for over 30 minutes exposed with people around it. When we finally were served the pizza it was luke warm not hot out of the oven. On the phone when confirming the reservation and placing order, the person stated that if we bought 4 party pizzas, we would get a cheese for free. When we got there they told us that they made a mistake, this deal was only for take out orders. We could have the extra pizza but we would have to pay for it. We decided not to get the extra pizza. Since it was their mistake and the pizza was already made, they could have honored their word but instead probably ended up throwing the pizza away since it was still sitting in the kitchen when we left 2 hours later.

I went to the new location in Rocky Hill and I thought it was great! The food was delicious, the servers courteous and it was beautiful inside. Definitely will be going here on a regular basis!

the hibachi grill is great if you are looking for a mini show with dinner. hibachi chefs are awesome and friendly, they do a good job interacting with the guests. on my thrid visit, hope the service is the same or better than what i have been recommending to a lot of people. Keep it up you guys!
